🧠 Behavioral Matching & AI Analysis

Spark Streaming offers an optional Behavioral Matching feature powered by AI. Here is how we handle your data in relation to this feature:

• Consent Required: This feature is entirely opt-in. You must explicitly enable it in your Profile Settings. It is off by default.

• What is analyzed: The text content of messages you send to your matches is analyzed by our AI to identify communication patterns, personality traits, humor style, emotional openness, engagement depth, and inferred values/interests.

• What is stored: Only a summary of behavioral traits is stored as your Behavioral Profile. Your actual message content is processed in real-time and is never permanently stored as part of this profile.

• How it is used: Your behavioral profile is used solely to suggest compatible matches on Spark Streaming. The AI considers both similarities and complementary differences (the "opposites attract" principle) to find well-rounded matches.

• Transparency: Any match where behavioral compatibility played a role will be labelled as a "Behavioral Match" in the app, so you always know how a match was suggested.

• Not shared: Your behavioral profile data is never sold, shared with other users, or disclosed to third parties except as required by law.

• Your control: You can disable this feature at any time. You may also request deletion of your behavioral profile by contacting us at privacy@sparkstreaming.com.

• PIPEDA Compliance: This data collection and use is governed by Canada's Personal Information Protection and Electronic Documents Act (PIPEDA). Your consent is explicit, specific, and informed.

Information Sharing and Disclosure

We may share your information in the following circumstances:

• With Other Users: Your profile information and photos are visible to other users of the service for matching purposes

• Service Providers: We share information with third-party service providers who perform services on our behalf (e.g., payment processing, hosting, analytics)

• Legal Requirements: We may disclose information if required by law or in response to valid legal requests

• Business Transfers: Your information may be transferred in connection with a merger, acquisition, or sale of assets

• With Your Consent: We may share information with your explicit consent

Data Security
